INTERCOOLER O-RING COLLARS
 The Thermal Hard Pipe incorporates Fitting Collars that seal to the main inner and outer pipe with Viton o-rings. This Fitting Collar simply slips on the ends and is held in place with a large c-clip. This allows the Fitting Collar to be rotated 360 degrees to any position you like for hose placement. The Thermal Pipe and Fitting Collars are anodized for corrosion protection and appearance. Each Fitting Collar has 3 separate coolant ports that are threaded 3/8" NPT. This allows you to attach from 1 to 3 supply and return lines to each Fitting Collar for plenty of coolant flow volume. The Thermal Hard Pipe inlet and outlet connection surface is grooved for maximum grip with your connector hoses. The inlet of the Thermal Hard Pipe is "ramped in" to minimize interruption of the air stream by eliminating the wall thickness ledge normally associated with a tube connected to a hose.
Model - Part Number These comes in four different lengths. 6, 8, 10 and 12 inch models. If you're needing something longer for more cooling, we recommend placing the Thermal Hard Pipes in series. For example, if you need something 16 inches long, we suggest two 8" Thermal Hard Pipes end for end. This allows you to introduce the coolant at the outlet, and the midway point. This is more effective than running the coolant over a longer pipe. You can choose and match the pipes as needed to obtain the overall length required for the project. |
