THE FECAL ROSTERWARNING... DON'T GET ON THE FECAL ROSTER! Nobody has ever came off of it."Dear Porsche enthusiasts, It's time for us to create a space where we can openly express our thoughts and have control over the content. Throughout our brief years in business, we've come across a few individuals whose inappropriate behavior has surprised us. Despite the common belief that Porsche owners should conduct themselves admirably, there are instances where some individuals fall short. This realization has led us to believe that these individuals deserve attention. This initiative is a service to our fellow vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, garages, and the broader Porsche community. We introduce the "Fecal Roster," a list of individuals or businesses who have engaged in fraud, theft, or wrongdoing against Lindsey Racing in a significant manner. By bringing this to your attention, we aim to prevent you from encountering similar issues with these individuals or businesses. Think of this as our modern-day version of the traditional bulletin board behind the cash register where bounced checks and pictures of wrongdoers are displayed. While we make this Fecal Roster available to those in our industry who actively seek it, it's important to note that search engines can also pick up this page. Once it's on the internet, it's beyond our control." Albert Nunez - CL95-INC (Which may be his place of employment or his business) Flushing, New York Albert ordered parts from Lindsey Racing through our web site in February 2022 after calling us first to discuss which parts to order for his car. He placed part of the order
incorrectly and we had to go back and adjust the order. We contacted through E-Mail about the corrected higher amount, in which he paid with a PayPal request. He emailed us about tracking and if the order left.
Parts were shipped. After taking delivery on the products, Albert disputed the charge on his credit card stating that it was a non authorized charge. He has been a customer since September 2019 with several previously placed orders all of which went to the same address, phone and email. Albert did not return our emails or phone calls to discuss and clear up the issue. The PayPal dispute was decided in his favor. We got a screwing, but Albert Nunez gets the Fecal Roster for life. Antonio or Cesar, it's a little unclear as he appears to use more then one name, ordered parts from Lindsey Racing through our web site in September 2014. Parts were immediately shipped, then after taking delivery on the products, disputed the charge on his credit card stating that it was not authorized. His delivery address has been verified as his billing address for his credit card. Antonio does not return our emails or phone calls to discuss and clear up the issue. Our account has been debited for his payment, and he has the parts. We got screwed and he gets the Fecal Roster for life. Andrew has purchased items and services from Lindsey Racing for his 951. He typically charges these purchases on credit cards of friends. After receiving the merchandise, they call their credit card companies and dispute or deny the purchases. Andrew has not answered the "many" attempts on our part to contact him to settle his mistake. Andrew has not communicated in any way directly with us that the products and or services were unsatisfactory in any way, shape or form. Had they been, as usual, we would have stepped up and made it right by offering re-work, exchange or refund or whatever was required. Currently Andrew owes Lindsey Racing $1,032.75. Andrew is currently trying to sell parts from his 951, including items purchased from Lindsey Racing, that have not been paid for and are involved in a possible fraud or scam claim. Parts purchased from him may cause the purchaser of these parts to end up in the legal system for possessing stolen or fraudulently obtained parts. Andrew's total purchases over the last 18 months total approximately $10,000. About 6 orders were shipped. All order shipped as usual. Extremely quick. Complete and as per agreement on both ends. Never once has Andrew made mention of anything missing, misspacked, damaged in shipping, or unsatisfied with the products and or services. Currently Andrew is making completely false accusations on a web Bulletin Board. That's obvious first off by his grossly exaggerated claims of amounts and shipments. This should be your first clue as to the legitimacy of his comments and how the truth, or should I say lies, get stretched. Anyone who has done business with Lindsey Racing knows we take great care of our customers. We do as promised. Are we perfect? Most of the time. If we make a mistake, we fix it and make things right. But only if we know about it can we fix anything. We feel this is Andrew's way of trying to make us go away and not pay his final bill. It's not, however, a matter of not paying a bill though, it's a matter of credit card fraud. Purchasing on a credit card, then telling the credit card company you did not authorize the purchase and will not pay the bill. In the end, and is the case here, the funds come back out of our accounts, leaving us the victim. It's unfortunate that a customer who was so well taken care of has resorted to this posture. We can only assume he has hardships in his life and cannot pay for what he purchased. But that's no excuse for not accepting responsibility for his actions. Andrew's actions will have ramifications on how we handle all overseas and domestic orders from this point on.
Check Fraud. Writing us checks on COD deliveries on a closed account. Promises were made to us later to send guaranteed funds, but then he disappeared. Checks were written from the account "On-Site Fitness" in Brodheadsville, PA.
