Q: Hello,It is about th 944 turbo s, 1988.I would like to order the 3" exhaust with the mufler.In the meantime i have taken of the oem exhaust. Question is about the temperature sensor (951 606 019 00) on/in the catalyc converter.Haven't found anything about it in the manuals on turbo cars, but surprisingly they are fitted on NA cars.What to do with it.It must have a function (signaling the overheating of the converter?).Please your advice.Many thanks in advance!Best regards from the Netherlands.Sjaak

A: We have never seen such a sensor on the 944 Turbo. Apparently there is such an item on some ROW car. We have no advice to offer as to what to do with it.
