Q: Hi there, wondering about noise level of your 4" exhaust versus your 3". I have plenty of experience with full 3" exhaust without a cat but a pre-muffler, from my previous build, but am considering the 4" one. My car is mainly a street weekend car...leaning toward quiet! Thanks for any info...
A: The 4" will be louder then the 3" for sure. We cannot give you any dB rating for comparison. If you think your 3" was a loud as you would want, then stick with 3". If you think maybe 10-20% louder is OK, then try the 4".
