Q: I have an earlier car and wanted to ask about the regulators, will I need a new one or can I bolt on what I already have. I didn't follow the explanation on the website. Thanks.
A: It will require a '85/2 and later style fuel regulator that uses the o-ring seal to the stock rail where as your early stock regulator threads on the rail.
Q: Are the lengths of the included fuel lines the same for both new and old cars (before/after 85/2)?
A: They are for '85/2 onward models where the lines enter from the R shock tower. We could provide oversize(longer length) lines for early models on special order.
Q: Do you recommend using teflon tape (or similar) for the fittings?
A: Yes and No. You only use a sealant on the tapered pipe threads. Front and rear of the fuel rail and all sides of the T fitting. All other JIC type connections are installed dry.
