911 RACEWARE HEAD STUD KIT 1965-1998.
Fits all air cooled 911s from 1965 through the 1998 993 model.
You get two 1/2 (12 pc.) sets of studs totaling 24 pieces. Does not include nuts or washers. You can use your stock nuts and washers or get the upgraded RACEWARE parts.
The Nuts have a anti friction coating on them allowing for a more accurate torqe measurement of the head. The 12 point design give you more spark plug clearance on the lower plug on the twin plug heads. Porsche tested these nuts and found that they allow the cylinder head to run 15 degrees cooler they their factory hex nuts.
The billet steel Washers don't bend like the factory stamped washers do.
